Dr. JRC Tyler

Dr. JRC Tyler is an executive, strategic architect, and the President and Founder of 21st Century Consulting Group LLC, with decades of leadership in corporate governance, institutional development, and regulatory compliance. He serves as a principal partner to businesses, churches, nonprofits, and emerging leaders seeking to formally organize, incorporate, and scale. He holds two Honorary Doctorate Degrees and is a graduate of the ETI Business Program, Kennedy-King College, and North Park University; his governance credentials include Six Sigma Black Belt Professional, Certified Ethics Associate, and Supervisory Certificates I and II from Northwestern University. His technical assistance spans Articles of Incorporation, by-laws architecture, board development, and IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt applications, through to strategic planning, organizational design, HR and ESG compliance, Illinois GATA portal registration, SAM.gov registration, crisis management planning, and regulatory audit preparation. He organized and incorporated the African American Family Association, securing its federal 501(c)(3) status in 1992, and spearheaded the incorporation and 501(c)(3) designation of the Life Skills Institute of America, expanding its character-based education programs nationwide. As Chief Architect for the AGB Institute he orchestrated the compliance and credentialing strategy that earned approvals from the Illinois Board of Higher Education, the Illinois State Board of Education, and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, after which the Institute expanded its educational operations into multiple states. Under his leadership, client and partner organizations have collectively operated with cumulative working capital of nearly $6 million.
