Bishop Dennis Morrison II

Bishop Dennis Morrison II is the Senior Pastor of Revival Center Church, a non-denominational church serving Chicago's Auburn Gresham community, and the managing partner of Acumen Global Consulting LLC, a management and technology consulting firm providing executive business services through a multi-disciplined team of professional consultants. He holds advance degrees in clinical psychology, and brings more than 30 years of management experience across social service, automotive, transportation, and telecommunications. He is co-founder of the Family Centered Educational Agency Inc. (F.C.E.A.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving over 2,000 families in the greater Chicagoland area and Corpus Christi, Texas, which provides educational instruction, tutoring, mentoring, and support services designed to equip students with the skills needed for successful post-secondary completion through federal TRIO grants. Since 1997 FCEA has sent over 27,000 students to colleges and universities across the country and given away over $150,000 in academic scholarships. As a national trainer funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Dennis has trained over 200 colleges and universities in grants management, technology, and capacity building, and he has consulted for Fortune 500 and national organizations including J.P. Morgan Chase, Diversified Fuel Group (an ExxonMobil distributor), Easter Seals, Catholic Charities, the National Parent Teachers Association, the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, alongside local clients such as Chicago Public Schools, the City of Chicago Department of Human Services, and C.E.D.A. He has taught as tenured faculty and hosted the popular radio show "The Entrepreneur Today Show" on 102.3 FM. Across his career he and his team have successfully secured over $600+ million in public and private grant funding for school districts, community-based organizations, foundations, universities, and national institutions. Outside the work, he most enjoys time with Kim, his college sweetheart and wife of 33 years, and their three daughters.
